Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our body butters, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. We want you to love your products, so please read the ingredient lists carefully if you have any skin sensitivities.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If your order arrives damaged, melts in transit, or if we made a mistake with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us fix it quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
If eligible, we will gladly send out a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.
